Silobags give the farmer his own  flexible and unlimited storage that is much cheaper than conventional  or commercial storage.

This gives the farmer independence to store grain at harvest as it comes off the combine even using the fields where the grain has been harvested to layout the bags.

With available cheap stoarge the farmer is not under pressure to sell his crop. He can keep the grain safe while concentrating on harvesting his grain.

Silobags allow the farmer to segrate grain quality so that he can acheive the best prices for higher quality fields.

Immediate anaerobic storage minimises risk of quality deterioration due to weather, vermin, insects and bacteria. It also avoids the needs for chemical treatment

Grain not sold at harvest avoids the discounted prices at the elevators, the premium transport costs at harvest time and the long queues of trucks at elevators and ports.

Economic

Grain can be stored at a fixed price of about US$ 4 per metric ton for up to 18 months.

Loss Reduction

Grain stored in Silobags does not incur losses from vermin,  bacteria, handling, shrink, pilferage and heat damage. It is stored anaerobically in an airtight environment.
